HR-Evolution Ltd. is best known for its turnover management and retention field as we were the first to specialise in this area of HR in Hungary. We conduct countrywide researches year after year, publish regularly and are invited to give presentations at professional events. We believe that staff retention is one of the most complex HR tasks, but our team of senior organisational developers, trainers, psychologists have more than 200 years of combined experience.

The start of a mission

The company was founded by Katalin Csikós-Nagy on 21 January 2009, and the next day she gave birth to her daughter, Kata.
Perhaps that is why she feels much greater responsibility towards the company, its clients and partners.

Our team

Initially, we were a traditional HR consultant company. Our unique position in the market has allowed us to become experts in turnover management and be the ambassadors of staff retention. Because of our professional experience, our first partners were automotive suppliers in the western hungarian region, where the problem of turnover quickly emerged. It turned out that managing the turnover is our strength and we are the best at it. So we gained several years of relevant experience before the problem became nationwide.

As our experience grew, just like the successes of our clients, it became more and more apparent:
